Setting the Stage for Success
Tughans, Northern Ireland’s largest commercial law firm, has recently invested in their future by unveiling their new headquarters at the Ewart in Belfast’s historic Linen Quarter. With panoramic views across the city, the firm’s new office space spans approximately 23,000 sq. ft. across the 11th and 12th floors, providing a stunning work environment.
A Perfect Match
The Ewart, steeped in history and recently restored, is a Grade B+ listed site that seamlessly blends a historic building with a state-of-the-art work environment. Developed by MRP, this £85m restoration project has brought together the old and the new, creating a cutting-edge space that will redefine Belfast’s skyline. Achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating, The Ewart has become the city’s most sustainable new building.
A Vision for the Future
Patrick Brown, Managing Partner at Tughans, expressed his excitement about the move to The Ewart on Bedford Square. He acknowledged that their previous office space did not reflect the exceptional work the firm has been doing for their high-quality clients. The outstanding facilities at The Ewart closely align with Tughans’ ambition for the future, fostering intelligence, collaboration, and innovation.
Embracing Sustainability
Dave Jones, Head of Real Estate at Tughans, emphasized their commitment to sustainability as a driving factor in the decision to move to The Ewart. As the firm grows and expands, they have outgrown their previous offices in Victoria Street. The Ewart, with its outstanding environmental credentials and digital connectivity, presents an ideal space for Tughans to thrive and work with clients to achieve their environmental goals.
